The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) announced the winner of the National Patent Application Drafting Competition (NPADC), which challenges law school student teams on the fundamentals of patent prosecution. This year, 76 teams competed to hone their patent application drafting, amending, and prosecution skills.
