Office Operations Clerk
Job Description

Must demonstrate accuracy and timeliness of task completion for all duties in the Office Operations Department. Duties include processing of incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and electronic mail. Performing conference room set ups, general lunchroom/kitchen maintenance and stocking, and assistance with catered events. Requires excellent customer service skills, a willingness to be flexible, an ability to work within a team environment and a commitment to departmental efficiency.

Special Skills

Knowledge of copiers and legal type copying, use of office machines in general, i.e.: postage machines, scanners, binding equipment. Available to work varied hours as needed. Must be able to routinely lift 75 lbs and assist with office moves. 20 hours per week without benefits.

Trademark Paralegal
Job Description

Responsibilities include: searching, filing, prosecution and maintenance of trademarks, both U.S. and foreign. The candidate will maintain a database for trademarks, copyrights and domain names. They will correspond with clients and legal associates worldwide. Experience filing trademark applications and related prosecution documents directly with the US Patent & Trademark Office is a plus. Required: High School Diploma, 2+ years trademark experience.

Special Skills

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills, initiative, ability to work with all levels of personnel, a pleasant disposition, accurate work product, ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Strong job tenure would be an asset. Please have an excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel is needed as well as a familiarity with SAEGIS. Excellent communication, organizational and filing skills are necessary. Ability to work overtime as requested.
