COJK would like to welcome back Cindy Caditz and Rodney Tullet who have returned as members as of January 2, 2008.
Cindy's practice includes all aspects of trademark law, including litigation, prosecution, and transactions. She also has extensive experience with copyrights, domain name registration and application strategies, and assisting clients in managing their intellectual property portfolios.
Rodney's primary practice is in the procurement and analysis of U.S. and foreign patents in medical device technology, electronics, telecommunications, software, and photolithographic processing industries. He also has extensive experience in developing intellectual property strategies for clients ranging from start-ups to multi-national companies.
