Pam Jacobson is a registered patent attorney with extensive experience litigating intellectual property disputes throughout the United States and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She provides advice and counseling concerning all aspects of electronic discovery, including the development of defensible electronic discovery protocols, management of data collection efforts and performance of comprehensive electronic discovery meet and confer sessions.
Pam also works in all areas of trademark and copyright practice, including selection, clearance, protection and enforcement. Throughout her career, Pam has successfully negotiated and drafted a broad range of business agreements. She routinely counsels clients on issues involving the intersection of intellectual property and commercial law, including security agreements involving intellectual property, service agreements, licenses, assignments, non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, and co-existence agreements.
