Mr. Chu joined COJK in 2001 as an associate and became a member in 2005. Mr. Chu’s primary practice focuses on the preparation and procurement of patents in bioinformatics, synthetic biology, software and electrical areas, opinion work, patent licensing; trademark prosecution, licensing and litigation; copyright conflict work and prosecution; trade secret conflict work for transitioning executives; right of publicity; and evaluation of intellectual property for investors. He is the founder of the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Washington.
