Jerry Nagae has been a member of the firm since 1985, serving as a Managing Partner from 2008 to 2011. He has over 25 years’ experience in intellectual property law. His practice encompasses many aspects of IP law, providing vital counsel to our clients on patents, trademarks, copyrights, IP transactions and litigation. Jerry supports a wide range of clients in various fields such as automotive, consumer goods, sporting goods, food processing, video and audio hardware and software development. With his extensive experience he is able to provide valuable legal opinions and advice in helping clients develop comprehensive intellectual property programs to protect and defend their IP interests both domestically and in foreign countries.
