Mr. Nagae has been a member of the firm since 1985, becoming Managing Partner in 2009. He has over 25 years’ experience in intellectual property law. His practice encompasses many aspects of IP law, providing vital counsel to our clients on patents, trademarks, copyrights, patent procurement, licensing agreements, and litigation. Mr. Nagae supports a wide range of clients in various fields such as automotive, consumer goods, food processing and video hardware and software development. With his extensive experience he is able to provide valuable legal opinions and advice in helping clients develop comprehensive intellectual property programs to protect and defend their IP interests both domestically and in foreign countries.
