Brian Poor’s practice focuses on patent prosecution, both in the United States and internationally with a particular emphasis on molecular biology, vaccines, immunology, diagnostics and pharmaceuticals. Brian also counsels clients in other facets of intellectual property, including portfolio management, the preparation of opinions directed to patent validity and infringement, freedom to operate searches and analysis, and due diligence relating to technology licensing and venture capital investment.
