Mr. Uhlir joined the firm as a Member in 1982. His practice principally involves patent and trademark procurement, licensing and related litigation. Mr. Uhlir works closely with clients to define and attain their intellectual property goals while directing a team of associates with specific technical backgrounds. Mr. Uhlir’s experience with patent and trademark prosecution and defense has given him extensive skills in client portfolio management. He works with clients to develop innovative strategies for protection against infringement, maximize licensing income, and control client costs.
