Claire Foley Hawkins, Associate
Ms. Hawkins joined COJK as a law clerk in 1999 and became an associate in 2001. Her practice focuses on all aspects of trademark and copyright law and other related issues such as search clearance, prosecution, contracts, licenses, assignments, domain name and other internet law disputes, and all intellectual property litigation. Claire is involved in providing pro bono services to local non-profit organizations such as the Seattle Opera and Seattle Symphony; litigating claims of patent, trademark, and copyright infringement; preparing patent and trademark licenses and copyright and literary contracts; and securing and opposing trademark registrations with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
