Ms. Tautvydas is a registered patent attorney with experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, particularly in the pharmaceutical area. Her practice now focuses on trademark, copyright, domain name, trade dress, trade name, Internet and transactional law. Ms. Tautvydas works in all areas of trademark and copyright practice including, selection, clearance, protection and enforcement. She has substantial experience negotiating and drafting a broad range of business agreements, including product development agreements, various types of service agreements, licenses, assignments, non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements, various types of software agreements, spokesperson agreements, videography and photography agreements, releases, and co-existence agreements. Ms. Tautvydas is also experienced in due diligence reviews supporting mergers and acquisitions, and routinely counsels clients on issues involving the intersection of intellectual property law and the entertainment and advertising industry.
