D.C. Peter Chu, Member
Mr. Chu joined COJK in 2001 as an associate and became a member in 2005. Mr. Chu's primary practice focuses on the preparation and procurement of U.S. and international patent assets in software and electrical areas, opinion work, patent licensing; trademark prosecution, licensing and litigation; copyright conflict work and prosecution; trade secret conflict work for transitioning executives; right of publicity; and evaluation of intellectual property for venture capitalists. He is the founder and a board member of the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Washington and is also on the Board of Directors for the University of Washington School of Law.
