Gary S. Kindness, Member
Mr. Kindness joined COJK as an associate in 1973 and became a member in 1976. He brought to the firm a strong background in patent law, including procurement and examination. His current practice includes counseling clients in all areas of intellectual property law, patent procurement with an emphasis on electronic, software, electro-mechanical, and mechanical inventions, trademarks, and intellectual property licensing. Mr. Kindness is also active in many local entrepreneurial organizations, such as the MIT Forum and the WSA.
