John D. Denkenberger, Member
Mr. Denkenberger's practice includes patent and trademark procurement, patent analysis and associated opinions, technology licensing and related litigation. He is also active in counseling clients in all areas of intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis in helping clients devise and implement an optimum approach to handling their intellectual property rights. Before entering the practice of law, Mr. Denkenberger worked for more than 10 years as a research and design engineer.
