Lee E. Johnson, Of Counsel
Mr. Johnson joined COJK in 1971 as an associate and became a member in 1976. He brought to the firm a background in patent procurement in the chemical field. He currently practices in U.S. and foreign patent procurement with emphasis in the chemical, mechanical and light electrical arts; trademarks; copyrights; licensing; and general intellectual property business and litigation counseling and management. He has served as president of the Washington State Patent Law Association and has served on numerous committees of the Washington State Bar Association and American Intellectual Property Law Association.
