Long Range Strategic Planning

Christensen O'Connor Johnson Kindness is managed and governed by a committee consisting of the Managing Partner and three Members. The Executive Committee is responsible for establishing policies and programs that promote the Firm's growth and stability as we continue to enlarge our practice. This includes medium and long range financial planning, overseeing business development efforts, and establishing clear standards for overall firm performance.
