Long Range Strategic Planning
Christensen O'Connor Johnson Kindness is managed and governed by a committee consisting of three Members and the Executive Director. The Management Committee is responsible for establishing policies and programs that promote the Firm's growth and stability as we continue to enlarge our practice. This includes medium and long range financial planning, overseeing business development efforts, and establishing clear standards for overall firm performance. The Executive Director, in addition to sitting on the committee, is actively engaged in long range strategic planning, finances, and day to day operations of the Firm.
