Rodney Tullett joined the firm in 1990 as an Associate and became a Member 1998. His primary practice is in the procurement and analysis of U.S. and foreign patents in medical device technology, electronics, telecommunications, software, and photolithographic processing industries. Mr. Tullett has extensive experience in developing intellectual property strategies for clients ranging from start-ups to multi-national companies, including patent portfolio management, freedom to operate analyses, intra and ex-parte re-examinations, and due diligence analyses for mergers and acquisitions
