COJK litigation attorney Brian McMahon has recently been designated and certified by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington as a Rule 39.1 Neutral for its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program. The ADR program provides qualified, neutral attorneys to parties that wish to mediate or arbitrate pending cases. Brian's designation and certification by the Court establish his eligibility and qualifications to conduct mediations and/or arbitrations in the Western District as part of its ADR Program.
