COJK was pleased to be a sponsor of the 2019 IP Strategy Conference, “IP Strategies to defend businesses and promote research result commercialization,” which took place at Kyoto University in Kyoto, Japan on October 25.  The conference explored collaborative IP opportunities between universities and commercial businesses, effective techniques in dealing with FRAND and NPE issues, and how to improve the value and utilization of patent portfolios.
