COJK attorney Pete Becker will participate in the Washington State Bar Association’s upcoming virtual CLE program, “Legal Considerations for the Food, Beverage, and Hospitality Industry,” taking place on February 18, 2021. 

The half-day seminar will provide an overview of the legal considerations for companies operating in these industries and discuss topics such as trends in litigation, product labeling and advertising regulations, IP considerations, and cannabis in the food and beverage industry.  The program will take place on February 18, 2021 from 8:25 am – 11:45 am (PT).
