The Kingdom of Thailand joined the 98 other countries already streamlining the international trademark registration process by ratifying the Madrid Protocol on August 7, 2017.  The Madrid Protocol is an international filing system established to provide a cost-effective and efficient way to file a centralized trademark application in a single office, in one language, with one set of fees, and in one currency.  As of November 7, 2017, trademark applicants will have the option to include the Kingdom of Thailand when filing new applications under the Madrid Protocol.
