COJK will host its annual entrepreneur workshop, "Protecting Your Intellectual Property," on Tuesday, November 11 and Thursday, November 13, 2014.

The third and final session of COJK's entrepreneur workshop, “Protecting Your Intellectual Property,” is an expanded program on patent law fundamentals, presented in two sections. The first section, "Patent Basics," will provide a basic overview of patents and the underlying laws. The second section, "Patents - Theory into Practice," will include an interactive discussion with real-world examples to demonstrate the patent system in action, from understanding what an existing patent covers to thinking about how to craft claims to protect your invention.

COJK attorneys Casey Fitzpatrick and David Sheldon will present.
