Attorneys Alina Morris and Melissa Nowak have both been appointed to serve on International Trademark Association (INTA) committees for the 2018-2019 term. Alina, who currently serves on the organization's Design Rights Committee, has been appointed to serve as a member of the Government Officials Training Committee for the next term. The committee develops educational programs specifically designed for government officials and intellectual property office employees. Melissa, who is currently a member of the Public Information Committee, has been appointed to serve as vice chair of the committee for the upcoming term. The committee prepares and publishes information on trademarks and brands for the general public. Both appointments will be effective beginning on
January 1, 2018.
