COJK attorney George Renzoni, Ph.D., co-managing member and head of the firm's life sciences practice group, was named a recipient of the Lexology 2019 Client Choice award for Washington state, in the category of "Intellectual Property – Patents." The Client Choice awards recognize law firms and practitioners worldwide for their exceptional commitment to client service, and are based solely on nominations from corporate counsel. The criteria for the award focus on the ability to add real value to clients’ businesses which exceeds other practitioners in the legal industry.

Established in 2005, the list of Client Choice award winners is compiled through extensive research, individual assessments, and interviews with corporate counsel around the world.  The recipients are chosen based on client service criteria that includes quality of legal advice, billing transparency, effective communication, responsiveness, and use of technology among other factors. This year's winners were chosen from a pool of more than 2,500 individual client assessments.
