COJK attorney John Whitaker will participate in the CLE program, “The World According to 112,” hosted by the Washington State Patent Law Association as a virtual program.  The CLE will cover the latest developments concerning 35 U.S.C. 112, including how section 112 impacts patent drafting, enforcement, and claim invalidation.  The virtual program will take place on June 24, 2020 at 12:00 – 1:30 pm.
