Operations and Records Lead

COJK is seeking qualified candidates to fill a full-time Operations and Records Lead position within the Operations Department. This position requires the candidate to work in the office during training, with the option to work a hybrid schedule after training is completed.

The Operations Department at COJK consists of the firm’s records, library, and operations activities. The team’s main responsibilities include incoming/outgoing document processing, file transfers, on-site facilities management, and reception. The Operations and Records Lead will be trained in all the responsibilities of the Operations Department to become a resource to train others, write/revise procedures, and provide departmental coverage when needed. The Operations and Records Lead will also aid the Operation Department Supervisor by assisting with projects and providing coverage when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming/outgoing file transfers, including corresponding with attorneys and overseeing all steps of the process with the Operations Department
  • Write and revise Operations Department procedures and guidelines
  • Coordinate remote and in-office coverage for Operations Department tasks
  • Train fellow staff on Operations Department processes
  • Provide coverage for the Operations and Records Supervisor when necessary
  • Coordinate departmental projects
  • Provide day-of in-office Operations Department coverage when necessary
  • Manage miscellaneous tasks as needed

  • $33.00 Hourly
