Operations Clerk

COJK is seeking qualified candidates to fill a full-time Office Operations Clerk position. Qualified Office Operations Clerk candidates will possess strong organizational and communication skills, and a desire to produce a quality work product.


  • Process incoming and outgoing mail (including special mailing services: Fed Ex, Express Mail, etc.), faxes, and electronic mail
  • Reception and Library coverage
  • Perform copying and binding
  • Move furniture and supplies; candidate will be required to lift up to 75 pounds on a daily basis
  • Route, organize, and file documents
  • Perform conference room set ups
  • General lunchroom/kitchen maintenance, supply stocking, and assistance with catered events
  • Miscellaneous tasks as needed


  • General clerical skills
  • Knowledge of copiers and legal copying, and use of general office machines, i.e. postage meters, scanners, binding equipment
  • Must be able to routinely lift 75 lbs and assist with office moves
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to be flexible
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • A self-starter who will seek out opportunities to help/support whenever possible
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Available to work varied hours as needed
