Records Clerk

COJK is seeking qualified candidates to fill a full-time Records Clerk position. This position requires the candidate to work in the office. Qualified Records Clerk candidates will be professional and possess strong organizational and communication skills, and a desire to produce a quality work product.


  • Process incoming physical and electronic documents
  • Perform research projects
  • Assist in incoming and outgoing file transfers
  • Reception and Library coverage (reference downloads, research requests and projects, administration of user accounts, newsletters, electronic and print subscriptions)
  • Perform machine translations
  • Interact with vendors for issues escalated from Operation Clerks
  • Miscellaneous tasks as needed


  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-starter who will seek out opportunities to help/support whenever possible
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to be flexible
  • Available to work varied hours as needed
