COJK is seeking qualified candidates to fill a full-time Records Coordinator position within the Operations Department. The candidate will work closely with staff to support attorneys and other departments at the firm, including the legal assistant and paralegal groups, the Docketing Department, and the Marketing Department. This position is starting out virtually and has the ability of being virtual ongoing.
Qualified Records Coordinator candidates will be professional and possess strong interpersonal skills. The position will work independently with minimal supervision after initial training. The candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills. It is important that the candidate be highly organized and detail oriented. A team-oriented attitude is essential.
