COJK member Makiko Coffland and associate Kelsey Coplan contributed to the International Patent Owners (IPO) Association’s recently released white paper, “Protection of Colour/Color Trademarks: An International Perspective,” authoring the section discussing color trademarks in U.S. trademark law.
