Managing IP Shortlists COJK for Americas Awards 2026
COJK is pleased to announce that the firm has been named to the shortlist in the regional category of “Firm of the Year – Patent Prosecution (West)” for the Managing IP America Awards for 2026. The COJK patent practice group focuses on delivering excellent patent services and writing strong, defensible patents through a deep understanding of technology and the law. The patent attorneys at COJK provide these services to clients across a diversity of industries in the fields of science, engineering, software, and emerging technologies.
COJK attorney Andrew Laughlin has also been added to the shortlist for the individual regional award of “Patent Prosecutor (West).” Andrew Laughlin is a patent attorney in the firm’s life sciences group, where he works with clients in fields including chemistry, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals to protect their valuable intellectual property rights.
The Managing IP America Awards program recognizes firms and practitioners for their outstanding intellectual property achievements across several IP practice areas and more than 50 jurisdictions.
