Taylor Fairchild To Discuss IP Protection for Artists in the Modern World
COJK attorney Taylor Fairchild will present the session, “Protecting Artists in the Modern World,” at a workshop aimed at helping artists better understand and protect intellectual property. The workshop, hosted by the San Juan Island Economic Development Council, and presented by the Washington Lawyers for the Arts, will discuss how current technology has made it very easy for artists’ works to be used without their permission and steps artists can take to protect their creations. Taylor is an associate attorney at COJK and serves as the treasurer of the Washington Lawyers for the Arts organization.
