Jeff Danley specializes in IP enforcement, defense and litigation matters across all industry groups.  He has significant experience in all phases of litigation, including performing initial fact investigations, drafting discovery and dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, assisting with experts and expert reports, investigating claim construction and invalidity positions, and preparing for and going to trial. He also has significant experience in handling appellate matters, including drafting appellate briefs and preparing for oral argument. Jeff’s practice extends to patent prosecution, with expertise in electrical engineering and computer science matters.

Prior to entering law school and becoming an attorney, Jeff utilized his engineering education interning at SmartNets Research Project at UC Berkeley, Cisco Systems, and Motorola. He worked at several California-area firms before transitioning to Washington state.  He is admitted to the California State Bar and the Washington State Bar, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
