Kyle Dugan is an accomplished trial attorney with ten years of experience in civil litigation in both federal and state courts, as well as arbitration, assisting leading companies in resolving multimillion-dollar disputes. Kyle’s practice involves collaborating with clients to resolve their intellectual property conflicts, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. He assists clients in all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, hearings, motions practice, mediation, trial, and appeals.

Kyle honed his dispute resolution skills with an AmLaw 20 firm. During his years there, he represented a variety of clients, including Fortune 50 financial services and technology corporations, a Grammy-award-winning artist, foreign banks, and children’s toy manufacturers. During this time, Kyle had the opportunity to pilot cases through every stage of the litigation process. This taught him to be flexible and treat every problem with the same tenacity, always in pursuit of an efficient and business-minded client outcome.
