COJK attorney John Whitaker will participate in the upcoming panel discussion, "Patent Issues on Open Source Software and Standards Organizations," hosted by the Washington State Patent Law Association (WSPLA).  The program will provide an introduction to the IP implications related to open source software and standards organizations.
