COJK attorney Pete Becker will participate in the CLE seminar, “Legal Considerations for the Food, Beverage, and Hospitality Industry,” presented by the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA). The half-day seminar will provide an overview of the legal considerations for the industry, including discussions about the trends in litigation, regulations regarding labeling and advertising, intellectual property considerations, and cannabis in the food and beverage industry. The WSBA program, taking place on May 12, 2022, provides for 3.0 CLE credits.
