Award recipients include Justice Faith Ireland, receiving the Betty B. Fletcher Judge of the Year Award; Judge Janet Chung, receiving the President's Award; Judge E. Rania Rampersad, receiving the Vanguard Award; and the Eastside Legal Assistance Program, which will receive the Special Contribution to the Judiciary Award .
