COJK attorney John Whitaker will participate in the upcoming program, "Intellectual Property (IP) for the Non-IP Specialist," hosted by the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) Intellectual Property Section. John's presentation, "IP Enforcement Strategies," will explore factors to consider when determining whether to enforce one's IP rights, including considerations surrounding the pros and cons of IP enforcement, and measures to ameliorate some of the potential downsides of enforcing an IP portfolio.
